A supplier delivers today and waits weeks to be paid, while the buyer needs those weeks to sell the goods. Bwadl puts working capital into that gap, inside the workflow both sides already use: the supplier is paid on delivery, and the buyer pays later on its own terms.

Bwadl is built with Bwa-Tech and is in validation inside Sinayah's own platforms first, where the orders and deliveries it finances already run.
